His heart beats cars.

All the way from Munich, Bavaria, Germany, not only the land of the most delicious beers in the world but also the place where great European cars come from.

Originating from a family of car geeks, Thomas displayed all the serious symptoms of a car health specialist from an early age onward. Luckily, his father shared his passion for cars and supported him. So you could say, the passion for cars runs in his blood…

Thomas trained for 3.5 years with famous Mercedes Benz in Munich, Germany. To advance his working experience, he was with the firm for 10 years before moving to Florida, USA in 1995.

There he worked for a German family car repair shop for 5 years before he got an even greater opportunity to work for an Audi Volkswagen test facility. He became there the shop foreman and became more advanced training not only on Volkswagen Audi also on Bentley and Lamborghini.

After that he became a great invitation to work in the Arizona Proving Grounds from Volkswagen.

He stayed there for one year as the shop foreman running the durability workshop with advanced technology and diagnostic possibilities.

Even Arizona was a great place and the work was very interesting he was missing Florida and returned.

He worked for a while in a Volkswagen Audi dealership until the next great opportunity opened up.

A new Test facility from Audi of America! He started there as Senior Fleet Technician and worked his way up to Fleet Coordinator to run the local operation. Even in his managing position he spent most of his time in the workshop diagnosing preproduction vehicles and training interns and young talents, never lost his passion and to actually get dirty on a car.

Unfortunately, after 10 years the company was going through some worldwide problems and decided to close the facility down.

He felt the need for a change of scenery and was hired by Porsche Engineering in the South of Italy. From there he went to Spain, lending his expertise to an Audi contractor and running one of the biggest test facilities in Europe.

Something, however, was tugging at his heart…

That something is Florida, where he feels at home. The place which he loves even more than cars.
